When and where is the camping event?
The event will take place on Sep 4th, 5th, 6th at Nehalem Bay State Park

What does the registration fee cover?
The fee covers:
Campsite booking
Group meals (Friday dinner, Saturday snack)
Shared supplies like firewood, snacks
Kid-friendly items like marshmallows and games
Organized group activities: Early morning walk/run/yoga
🧳 Packing & Preparation
What should I bring?
Tent, Mattress/sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, mats
Warm clothes, jackets, rain gear
Toiletries, towels, sunscreen, bug spray
Flashlight or headlamp
Camping chairs
Picnic blankets
Water bottles, personal snacks
Optional: Bikes, board games, books, musical instruments
What not to bring?
🚫 Fireworks, alcohol (unless allowed), loudspeakers, or anything that may disturb wildlife or campers.
🍽️ Food & Cooking
Do I need to cook?
No individual cooking is required. Delicious group meals will be prepared by campers in teams.
Each team will take care of planning, bringing supplies, cooking, and cleaning. It’s a great way to connect and contribute!
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your own snacks or meals if you have specific preferences or dietary needs.
Is non-vegetarian food allowed?
Yes – non-vegetarian food is allowed at your personal campsite, but not in the shared community meal area.
Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol is allowed only at your own campsite, depending on campground rules.
Alcohol is strictly not permitted in the shared community space where families and children gather.
👫 Guests & Group Size
Can I bring more people?
Yes! Friends and extended family are welcome — just make sure to register them in advance so we can plan food, space, and supplies accordingly.
What does a 'Family' registration include?
A Family registration covers 2 adults and up to 2 kids (ages 1–18).
If you're bringing visiting parents or additional adults, please register them as a Couple to help us manage campground limits and food planning.
Can I come for just one night or a day trip?
Yes, you're welcome to join for just a day or one night.
Please note: the registration fee covers the entire camping duration and is not prorated.
What if more than 8 people are in one group?
Most campsites have a limit of 8 people per site. If your group is larger, we’ll help arrange additional sites, depending on availability. Let us know in advance so we can coordinate.

What activities are planned?
Campfire ((if permitted by park regulations and weather conditions)

Music, stories, and fun hangout time
(All activities are optional)
Will there be marshmallows for kids?
Yes! We’ll have plenty for s’more fun. 🍡🔥
Can we bring bikes?
Yes! Bikes are encouraged and are allowed on paved trails and park roads only. Don’t forget helmets.
🔇 Rules & Safety
What are quiet hours?
⏰ Usually from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect fellow campers’ rest time.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed. However, they must be leashed at all times and kept under control. Please clean up after your pets and ensure they do not disturb other campers or wildlife.
Note: Some areas of the park may have specific pet restrictions — always follow posted signs.
